About Me: My commitment to you
I am a Personal Fitness Coach and I want inspire women to be the best they can be. My clients' ages range from 11 to 77 years of age and each receives entirely unique, appropriate health advice and fitness training.
I spent 14 years working in Psychiatry, the last 8 of those as an addictions counsellor. This ensures that I can understand women's often unhealthy relationship with both food and alcohol and then offer support on the road to breaking those unhealthy habits. I now also have a full range of training qualifications including a level 3 Diploma in Personal Training and Massage Therapy, Kinetic Chain Assessment (KCA); KettleBell Coach, Post and pre-Natal Exercise prescription and GP Referral (Special Populations). These two sets of skills combine to provide a unique holistic approach to protecting health and fitness for a happy future.
As a mother I understand how busy and stressful life can become and finding time for yourself is difficult. I specialise in providing fast and effective work-outs for busy women. I also have an awareness of weight loss issues from pregnancy and food addictions which lead to self-esteem issues. It is here that my unique combination of qualifications comes into play allowing me firstly to help you understand your problems and then deal with them both psychologically and physically.
I am enthusiastic and passionate about providing a holistic service to you and I hope to empower you with the knowledge to continue with your health and fitness journey.
About You: Your commitment to you
- * You are unhappy with your lifestyle and fitness and have probably been unsuccessful at achieving optimum health and fitness, despite many diet and exercise programmes.
* You will achieve your goals with me but to succeed, you must be 100% committed and train with me a minimum of once a week for 6 weeks.
* I will ask you to keep a food and exercise diary which you need to email me once a week.
* I will also ask you to give up wheat, alcohol, processed foods and dairy for the first 30 days of the programme.
* I can guarantee good results if you work hard and are totally focused on your goal.
* If you are totally committed, it will be money, time and effort well spent.
