This morning I weighed myself and found that I am no longer "obese". It's label I have carried for 25 years, more than half my life. Food had become a crutch and despite doing plenty of exercise, I was struggling to lose weight. I started to work with Charlie through 121 coaching sessions about three months ago. When she told me that she wanted me to do a 30 day detox, it seemed impossible. She asked me to give up caffeine, alcohol, wheat, sugar and dairy for 30 whole days. It felt like torture.

I feel it has set me free. It has opened the door into a new nurturing relationship with food in which I am kind to myself and my body. Over the last three months, I have been working with Charlie, to help me to understand the roots of my issues with food and develop strategies to manage situations where I would normally have pigged out. I have come into a new relationship with my body. I have also lost a stone and a half in weight and feel I can continue with a nurturing diet, without depriving myself and get down to a healthy weight for the first time in my adult life."
